ABOUT

I work with small business owners, especially creative thinkers, who need support turning ideas into finished work.

HELLO!

I'm Jacquie Sarah

Once Upon a Deadline...

Before working independently, I spent years in corporate and organisational roles where clarity, deadlines, and delivery were not optional. I’ve worked across business operations, communications, and project support, often stepping in when things were under pressure and needed sorting quickly.

Alongside that, I’m a writer by background. Which means I understand both sides of the work. The structure businesses need, and the creative thinking that does not always fit neatly into it.

Now I work behind the scenes with small business owners who are capable, idea-rich, and stretched thin. People who do not need motivating, but do need clear thinking, prioritisation, and practical follow-through from someone who knows how work actually gets done.

I’m calm, direct, and focused on delivery. No hype. No performative productivity. Just steady, capable support to help you finish what matters.

Also worth knowing:

- I love a good biscuit.

- I speak fluent voice note.

- And yes, I will absolutely cheer you on like a proud stage mum when you finally launch that thing you’ve been secretly working on.

How it all started...

(Hint: it involved too many tabs and not enough support.)

There comes a point when a good business idea is buried under open tabs, half-finished plans, and a to-do list that has stopped being helpful. You know what needs doing, you just cannot get the space, structure, or support to do it properly.

I know that point well. I lived it.

I was balancing corporate work alongside creative projects, trying to move my own ideas forward without the systems, clarity, or backup I was used to seeing in well-run organisations.

So I became the person I needed.

Someone who understands how work actually moves from idea to delivery. Someone who can handle planning, workflows, and follow-through, without killing the creative energy in the process. Someone who helps things get finished.

Today, I work behind the scenes with small business owners who are ready to move from thinking to doing. I bring clarity, structure, and steady momentum, with just enough humour to keep things human.

Because good work does not fail from lack of ideas.
It stalls from lack of support.

And no, you do not have to do it all on your own.

If you’re ready to stop juggling tabs and start finishing what matters, the Deliciously Done VIP Experience is where we do that work together.

Some facts about me...

I am a freelance writer, script editor, podcaster, and performer! Not always at the same time, but sometimes on the same day.

I’ve worked in corporate accounts, marketing, and admin for 25+ years. I still love a good spreadsheet more than I probably should.

I run a podcast production company called Deliciously Bright Podcasts.

I write a blog (written and audio) called Write to Comedy, where I explore the craft of TV comedy. Ironically, much of it is not funny.

I write smart, comedic scripts, podcasts, and (soon) a book - exploring the messy, complicated side of adult life, mostly through fiction.

“I’m passionate about TV comedy and theatre - and I can’t help pulling apart what works (and why).
