Working with Deliciously Bright & Co

By working with Deliciously Bright & Co , you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms apply to all services provided unless otherwise agreed in writing.

1. Payment Terms

- All invoices are due within 15 calendar days from the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

- No refunds are offered under any circumstances, including digital products, services, or partially completed work.

- We reserve the right to charge a late payment fee of 8% on any overdue invoices.

- For large or ongoing projects, Deliciously Bright & Co may require instalment payments, which will be detailed in the project contract.

- Work will not commence until the terms outlined in the project contract are accepted by both parties in writing.

2. Project Delivery & Client Responsibility

- Clients are expected to provide all required materials, assets, and information by the deadlines agreed upon at the start of the project.

- If these items are not received within a reasonable time and prevent Deliciously Bright & Co from completing the work on schedule, we reserve the right to cancel the contract. In such cases, payment will remain due for all work completed up to the cancellation date.

- Delays caused by client inaction may result in rescheduling, additional fees, or cancellation.

3. Intellectual Property

- All intellectual property (IP) created by Deliciously Bright & Co will remain the sole property of Deliciously Bright & Co until full payment has been received.

- Upon receipt of final payment, IP rights will be transferred to the client, unless otherwise specified in writing.

- Deliciously Bright & Co reserves the right to showcase non-confidential work for portfolio or promotional purposes, unless explicitly requested otherwise by the client in writing.

4. Limitation of Liability

- Once work has been approved, transferred, or published, Deliciously Bright & Co accepts no responsibility for any subsequent loss, damage, or liability resulting from its use.

- Clients are responsible for reviewing all deliverables before publication or implementation.

- DB & Co shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from delays, errors, or omissions.

5. Scope & Revisions

- All projects are subject to a clearly defined scope. Any work requested beyond the agreed scope may be subject to additional charges and timelines.

- Reasonable revisions are included where specified. Excessive or out-of-scope revisions will incur additional fees.

6. Cancellations & Termination

- Either party may terminate the contract in writing. If the client chooses to terminate before project completion, all work completed to date will be invoiced and payment will remain due in full for that work.

- Deliciously Bright & Co reserves the right to cancel a contract at any stage if continued collaboration becomes unworkable due to non-communication, non-payment, or lack of essential materials.

7. Contracts & Agreement

- A written contract or agreement will be provided for all custom client work. No work will begin until the terms are agreed upon by both parties.

- Engaging Deliciously Bright & Co’s services constitutes agreement to these terms and the specific contract issued for the work.


8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
